Business Process Innovation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Process Innovation Specialist to join our team in Salzburg. As part of the Global Data Team, you will be responsible for supporting senior line managers in developing new processes and features.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, deriving, and challenging business requirements to ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Providing an objective and holistic perspective to avoid isolated solutions and secure end-to-end integration of all anticipated changes
  • Shaping process and system-level maturity through conceptual strength and supply chain know-how
  • Securing structured and detailed requirement documentation (BSS - Business Scope Statement) and handing it over to IT
  • Managing and driving projects independently, defining and scheduling work packages, and setting up realistic project timelines in alignment with our IT department
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Sales & Operations Planning, proficient in the use of SAP IBP
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process, and/or project management, or similar
  • Depth knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
  • System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view
  • Strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
  • Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • End-to-End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools
Additional Information

The estimated monthly salary for this position is € 2,247.00 gross, however, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
