Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in Salzburg, Austria. As a key member of our Global Data Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction.

About the Role

In this strategic position, you will manage and track projects independently, ensuring a holistic end-to-end view of supply chain operations. Your expertise in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements into system integration concepts will be essential in driving digital transformation and optimizing our process and system landscape.

You will collect, derive, and challenge business requirements, aligning them with cross-functional stakeholders to avoid isolated solutions and secure end-to-end integration of all anticipated changes. By applying your conceptual strength and supply chain know-how, you will shape our process and system level to increase maturity levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Concept development and documentation
  • Project management, defining and scheduling work packages, and setting up realistic project timelines in alignment with our IT
  • Workshops & meetings, preparing and hosting project meetings and workshops to develop new system solution designs
  • Stakeholder & resource management, keeping stakeholders informed about project insights and status, as well as having an overview of required and available resources
  • Testing and handover, testing implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration of all technical developments
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, proficient in the use of SAP IBP
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar
  • Deep knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
  • System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view
  • Strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
  • Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • End-to-End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools

Salary and Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is € 2,247.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
