Supply Chain Planning Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning professional to join our team as a Process Development Expert. This strategic role will play a key part in driving digital transformation, optimizing process and system landscapes, and ensuring supply chain resilience.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled process developer to work on developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction. You will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, deriving, and challenging business requirements to ensure end-to-end integration
  • Managing and tracking projects independently, ensuring holistic end-to-end views
  • Translating business and process requirements into functional concepts for technical implementation
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Concept development and documentation: Collecting, deriving, and challenging business requirements, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Project management: Defining and scheduling work packages, setting realistic project timelines, tracking progress, and monitoring implementation budgets
  • Workshops and meetings: Preparing and hosting project meetings and workshops to efficiently develop new system solution designs
  • Stakeholder and resource management: Keeping stakeholders informed about project insights and status, managing resources, and highlighting potential bottlenecks
  • Testing and handover: Testing implemented solutions, documenting effort and progress, and introducing new processes to the data quality team
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, proficient in SAP IBP
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, process, or project management
  • Deep knowledge of SAP IBP and expertise in developing process improvements in new product introduction
  • Proven experience in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
  • Experience in managing projects and programs
  • System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, structured, assertive, communicative, and collaborative
  • Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory
