Process Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management and experience in managing projects and programs. They will be responsible for gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts.

The Process Development Specialist will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a holistic end-to-end view of the process. They will be responsible for managing and tracking projects independently, ensuring a structured and detailed requirement documentation, and handing it over to IT.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, be solution- and process-oriented, and have a structured and assertive approach. They will be able to work under pressure and self-dependently, and have a strong communication and presentation skillset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements in the field of new product introduction
  • Manage and track projects independently
  • Ensure a structured and detailed requirement documentation
  • Hand over the requirement documentation to IT
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a holistic end-to-end view of the process

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Lifecycle Management, PLM key user or consultant role
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar
  • Depth knowledge of PLM applications and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
  • System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
  • Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
  • Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3,038.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
