About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Development Expert to join our team in Salzburg. As part of the Global Data Team, you will play a key role in supporting senior line managers in the development of new processes and features.

Your responsibilities will include translating business and process requirements into functional concepts as a basis for technical implementation, managing and tracking projects independently, and ensuring a holistic end-to-end view of all anticipated changes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting, deriving, and challenging business requirements, aligning them with cross-functional stakeholders, and providing an objective and holistic perspective to avoid isolated solutions and secure end-to-end integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept development and documentation: Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements, and align them with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Project management: Manage and drive projects independently, defining and scheduling work packages, setting up realistic project timelines, and tracking and documenting project progress and milestones.
  • Workshops & meetings: Prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on the development of new system solution designs.
  • Stakeholder & resource management: Keep all required stakeholders informed about insights and status of assigned projects, and have an overview of required and available resources and highlight potential bottlenecks.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Lifecycle Management, PLM key user or consultant role.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar.
  • Depth knowledge of PLM applications and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction.
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts.
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs.
  • System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, and collaborative.
  • Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • End-to-end operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of € 60,000 - € 80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
