We are seeking a highly skilled P2P Process Expert to join our Global Procurement team in Elsbethen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining our purchasing processes across procurement teams and improving systems, data, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize procurement operations and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and onboarding for procurement colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth system operation and adherence to defined processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define internal and external requirements and develop category-specific acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes by setting acceptance criteria, creating test cases, and coordinating test execution with procurement teams.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a function in or close to procurement, ideally with experience with SAP ERP-MM or S/4 HANA.
  • Previous experience as a P2P Analyst, Procurement Specialist, or Systems Analyst with a focus on managing and implementing improvements.
  • Experience as a key-user or trainer is an advantage.
  • Experience in using reporting and analytics tools, ideally in the SAP environment.
  • Familiarity with data and process analysis tools.
  • Proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and stay up to date with new tools and technology standards.
  • Ability to recognize business needs, align, background, formulate, and communicate them.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.
