P2P Process and System Expert

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Global Procurement team in Elsbethen.

As a P2P Process and System Expert, you will partner with various teams to ensure the optimal use of our systems related to Purchase 2 Pay.

Your hands-on experience with P2P systems within SAP ERP-MM, combined with a track record of process optimization, will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Streamlining purchasing processes across procurement teams and improving systems, data, and reports.
  • Delivering training, onboarding, and process documentation for Procurement colleagues and suppliers.
  • Defining internal and external requirements, developing category-specific acceptance criteria, and ensuring the successful implementation of new systems.
  • Collaborating with non-Procurement teams to identify and implement enhancements.

Requirements include:

  • 3 years of experience in a function close to procurement, ideally with SAP ERP-MM or S/4 HANA.
  • Previous roles such as P2P Analyst, Procurement Specialist, or Systems Analyst.
  • Experience as a key-user or trainer is an advantage.
