Job Title: Process and System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and System Specialist to join our Operations Data & Process Governance Team at the Red Bull Global Headquarters.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing business support for our master data solution (MDG-M) in the Global Data department of Red Bull.

You will also be involved in projects, enhancements, testing, and documentation, working closely with operational teams, data owners, process owners, and key users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for master data system users, processing tickets, and following up on resolution status with system key users.
  • Analyze problems, fix defects, fulfill requests, find solutions, and eliminate errors.
  • Document and seek solutions to prevent recurring incidents, escalating resolutions with the IT department and external consultants as needed.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, data owners, process owners, and key users to ensure all relevant stakeholders are up-to-date on functionalities, processes, and documentation.
  • Support system upgrade testing, new development testing, and roll-outs to subsidiaries, creating system documentation to help users work independently and supporting system training.
  • Help develop the system to meet the requirements of core users and business stakeholders, including requirements collection, analysis, prioritization, documentation, and test coordination.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in business project management, project management, or master data management.
  • Fluent command of Excel and SAP ERP (SD/MM).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in data governance.
  • Motivation to work in a team environment with effective communication skills.
  • Solution-focused mindset and strong problem-solving thinking to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Fluent in English, German skills beneficial.
Additional Information:

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
