Process Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Lifecycle Management Consultant or Key user to join our Global Data Team in Salzburg. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for supporting senior line managers in the development of new processes and features.
About the RoleAs a Process Development Manager, you will translate business and process requirements into functional concepts as a basis for technical implementation. You will manage and track projects independently, ensuring a holistic end-to-end view and aligning business needs with multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Define and schedule work packages and set up realistic project timelines in alignment with our IT department.
- Track and document project progress and milestones in our project management tool.
- Ensure reporting and escalation to our senior management team.
You will also prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on the development of new system solution designs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and drive projects independently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Test implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration.
**Requirements**
- 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Lifecycle Management, PLM key user or consultant role.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management.
- Fluent in English; German beneficial but not mandatory.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools.
**Compensation and Benefits**
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,038, based on the collective agreement. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
