Process Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Lifecycle Management Consultant or Key user to support our senior line managers in the development of new processes and features. As part of the Global Data Team, based in Salzburg, you'll be responsible for translating business and process requirements into functional concepts for technical implementation.
In this strategic role, you'll manage and track projects independently, ensuring a holistic end-to-end view and highlighting cross-functional dependencies. You'll also align business needs and target states with multiple stakeholders.
- You will provide an objective and holistic perspective to avoid isolated solutions and secure end-to-end integration of all anticipated changes.
- As a project manager, you'll define and schedule work packages, set up realistic project timelines in alignment with our IT, and track and document project progress and milestones.
- You'll also contribute to steering meetings with our senior management to get direction on open decisions and questions.
This role requires a strong understanding of PLM applications and new product introductions. You should have experience in managing projects and programs, as well as gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements into system integration concepts.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Lifecycle Management, PLM key user, or consultant role. They should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, Process, and/or Project Management, or similar.
