Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Process Development Manager to join our team in Salzburg, Austria. This strategic role will focus on developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, PLM key user or consultant roles, with a strong understanding of PLM applications and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into system integration concepts
  • Manage and drive projects independently, defining work packages, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Prepare and host project meetings and workshops to ensure efficient development of new system solution designs
  • Contribute to steering meetings with senior management to discuss open decisions and questions
  • Test implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration, and document progress and effort
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Lifecycle Management, PLM key user or consultant role
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management, or similar
  • Depth knowledge of PLM applications and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
  • Strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, and collaborative
  • Fluent in English; German beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • End-to-end operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools
Compensation and Benefits:
