We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Team Lead to spearhead our strategic initiatives, driving transformative learning experiences that elevate employee skills and company performance.

As part of this initiative, we need an experienced leader who can craft and implement comprehensive L&D strategies, empowering employees across departments to thrive in their roles.
Compensation PackageThe compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary range of approximately $62,000 - $80,000 per annum, reflecting the position's significance in supporting the organisation's objectives.
About the RoleThis dynamic role demands a deep understanding of organisational development, change management consulting, and human resources principles. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute sophisticated learning strategies, foster collaboration between teams, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven approaches.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive L&D plans, encompassing skill development, cultural growth, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams to select suitable learning methods and design state-of-the-art experiences.
- Utilise data-driven insights and business input to identify learning needs and create targeted offerings from onboarding to specialised trainings.
- Foster employee growth by focusing on skill development from strength perspectives and propose initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- 5+ years of experience in People/Culture, Change Management Consulting, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or L&D Consulting.
- First-hand experience in people management and leadership.
- Advanced digital literacy, preferably with familiarity with various training and learning management platforms and tools.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing change management concepts.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and German, along with analytical thinking.
- A creative thinker with hands-on mentality, self-driven, reliable, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
