Global Key Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Strategist to join our team in Red Bull HQ, Salzburg, Austria.
This role is responsible for the negotiation and coordination of international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day business relationships with international customers and provide valuable input to their annual business plans.
The successful candidate will drive global channel and segment strategies with market teams, facilitating workshops and best practice sharing sessions. They will support top 25 Red Bull countries in their strategic planning process and offer hands-on support to selected countries to optimize local management of key accounts.
A strong focus on cross-functional projects, including expansion and enhancement of customer profitability & value chain analysis concepts and systems, as well as driving roll-out and implementation of statistical forecasting tools in selected markets.
The Global Key Account Strategist will leverage their key role within the international team by proactively sharing expertise, learnings, and challenges. They will live and spread cross-departmental thinking and collaboration within HQ and regions, building a strong network within the global key account community.
RequirementsMinimum 4 years of key account management experience in an FMCG company.
Active listener and excellent communicator/facilitator/presenter.
Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a strong team player.
Innovative with solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent skills in MS Office programs (word, excel, power point ...).
