Global Distribution Strategist

As a Global Distribution Strategist at Red Bull, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our Global Distribution Strategies.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development, optimization, and deployment of Red Bull Distribution Management tools, systems, and processes to ensure alignment and effectiveness in all markets where Red Bull is distributed through wholesalers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Support regions and markets through the Taskforce Program, which is designed to collaboratively enhance RTM (Route-to-Market) performance.
Manage regular business review meetings with markets to align on Business Plan priorities.
Identify distribution and execution opportunities to drive Reach (Distribution) and Win vs. Competition (Execution).
Set up the RTM (Route-to-Market) process by guiding markets in identifying ideal distribution partners through the Pathfinder process.
Expand the global distribution network by segmenting the RTM network of distribution partners and wholesalers.
Improve efficiencies through the Territory Optimization project.
Advise markets on identifying the optimal organizational structure for various RTM (Route-to-Market) models.
Ensure teams are equipped with the Distribution Management training curriculum.
Champion the establishment and integration of the Set/Track/Drive mentality and ways of working across all markets.
Requirements:
University Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience.
Fluent in English (must), Spanish & Portuguese (plus).
Minimum 3 years sales management experience in either Distribution, Wholesale or Key Accounts. Team management is a plus.
Commercial and finance understanding.
Ability to influence and manage key Stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills using internal and external data sources.
High level of proficiency in Sales applications, BI reporting, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Learner, self-motivated and able to work independently.
A team player with great integrity.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Resilience and adaptability to solve problems and identify priorities in a fast-paced environment.
