International On Premise Key Account Manager

If yes, then join our Global On Premise Key Account team in our HQ in Salzburg, Austria

DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS

You'll leverage our data resources to map and prioritize top global employers, collaborating with Trade Marketing to develop innovative strategies that drive value through Red Bull product availability and activation, while supporting the Top 25 Markets in securing these clients and ensuring efficient account management and executional excellence.

You'll engage in stakeholder management with global employers to build long-term partnerships for Red Bull's availability and activation, while challenging and supporting the Top 25 Markets in executing these strategies effectively.

You'll manage relationships with key global employers, advocate for their needs, and demonstrate the value of the At Work Occasion in the Global On-Premise Business, while sharing exemplary strategies to enhance partnerships and drive sales growth.

University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
* Excellent command of English. An in-depth knowledge of Excel is required
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with Sales, Customer Development, and/or Human Resources, ideally within the On Premise
* A resilient sales mindset is required as you will be tasked with the creation and implementation of projects
* Strong communication skills are required to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
* Passion for establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales
