We are looking for an experienced revenue management specialist who can join our team and drive revenue growth globally. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing price and promotion strategies, managing trade terms, and providing pricing recommendations to boost profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will support the markets in identifying and driving trade term optimization implementation aligned with global guidelines.
- You will work with Sales and Finance function to shape trade terms framework and identify best practices to share globally.
- You will be responsible for setting up a new process to monitor price increases impact across markets, capture best practices and develop pricing learnings.
- You will dive deep into market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to uncover untapped revenue opportunities in dedicated markets.
- You will play a vital role in propelling our organization's international growth, influencing strategic decisions, and driving revenue optimization across markets.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- 3+ years of FMCG/consumer goods experience, ideally in Revenue Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Insights.
- Exposure and understanding of commercial topics, the Profit & Loss, and key drivers of business targets.
- Proven experience in working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations.
- IT affinity to further drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project management affinity with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
