We are seeking a skilled Global Business Development Specialist to join our team in Salzburg, Austria.

In this role, you will lead impactful partnerships and develop strategies to drive sales growth through Red Bull's product availability and activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop global strategies and tools to map and prioritize top employers
  • Leverage data resources to collaborate with Trade Marketing and develop innovative strategies
  • Engage in stakeholder management with global employers to build long-term partnerships
  • Manage relationships with key employers and advocate for their needs
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or Engineering
  • Excellent command of English; other languages advantageous but not required
  • An in-depth knowledge of Excel is required
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Customer Development, and/or Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex business topics into practical terms
Compensation

The estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately €2,717 gross per month, based on market-oriented salaries. Our attractive compensation package reflects the company's commitment to diversity and employee development.
