We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global On-Premise Key Account team in Salzburg, Austria.
About the RoleThis role involves developing and executing global strategies to drive Red Bull's presence in workplaces worldwide. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer development, and/or human resources, with a proven track record of establishing new business partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be able to leverage data resources to identify key global employers and develop innovative strategies to drive value through Red Bull product availability and activation.
You will work closely with Trade Marketing to develop and execute these strategies, ensuring efficient account management and executional excellence across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global strategies to drive Red Bull's presence in workplaces worldwide.
- Leverage data resources to identify key global employers and develop innovative strategies to drive value.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:
- A university degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
- An excellent command of English, with other languages advantageous but not required.
- An in-depth knowledge of Excel and advanced presentation skills.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Customer Development, and/or Human Resources, ideally within the On Premise sector.
