The Sales Specialist at Red Bull EWE is responsible for meeting sales, volume, and profitability goals for corporate projects. This proactive, detail-oriented team player sets ambitious objectives and executes key initiatives.
This role involves managing the relationship with corporate projects for sales-related and cross-functional topics, including alignment with product development and football clubs on assortment needs to increase sales and profitability.
Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of international key accounts to deliver growth and profitability, including managing pre-orders and in-season reorders, preparing and maintaining order sheets, and elaborating price offers and presentations.
The Sales Specialist will also utilize data to drive actionable insights that enable the implementation of long-term sales drivers, and will work on forecasting, analyzing, and monitoring yearly stock.
Furthermore, the Sales Specialist will ensure a smooth communication both internally and with the Red Bull corporate projects within their responsibility, and will cooperate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, and Digital teams to keep a strong alignment in day-to-day tasks.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, and a passion for the Consumer Products industry. They will be a German native speaker and fluent in English, with project management and entrepreneurial skills.
The Sales Specialist will also have strategic ability, self-starter personality, and great communication skills, as well as analytical skills, strong planning and negotiation skills, and a sound understanding of financial bottom line implications of sales and marketing decisions.
They will be able to work under pressure, be a team player with a positive attitude, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
