Strategic Insights Business Development Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of global reporting solutions to empower local field teams in their markets. By fostering collaboration with key stakeholders and driving strategic decision-making, you will unlock business growth opportunities for Red Bull's On Premise Sales Team.
About the RoleThis position involves managing and supporting data analytics and reporting projects, generating actionable insights to inform market strategies. As a member of the On Premise Analytics team, you will drive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and contribute to the enhancement of our existing reporting landscape by leveraging cutting-edge data visualization and BI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve dashboards and reporting use cases to facilitate efficient workflow for local field teams.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment and integration into both existing and new reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes by assessing various tools and workflows.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent English skills, with German being an asset.
- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment, ideally in the field of Business or IT.
- Proven project management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to transform ideas into practical solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, process-driven, and structured approach.
- Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Learner, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis tools, BI tools, and other statistical software or coding languages is an advantage.
