Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for Point-of-Sale products, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers, securing favorable agreements that benefit the company.
- Manage and develop suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence to maintain high standards.
- Implement, execute, and monitor defined category strategies within the supply base, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and execution of category strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Five or more years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, preferably within the POS or Cooling Appliances products sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
