Strategic Procurement Specialist for Point of Sale Products

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for the full Source-to-Contract and Supplier Lifecycle Management Process within one or multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sourcing strategies and manage suppliers to ensure alignment with our overarching category strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to secure favorable agreements that benefit the company.
  • Lead the full tender process from project briefing documentation to the final supplier decision, ensuring a competitive and transparent bidding process that achieves optimal results.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and execution of category strategies.
  • Maintain rigorous ESG compliance by staying up-to-date with the latest regulations and best practices, integrating these standards into supplier agreements and sourcing processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Five or more years of professional experience in a comparable role.
  • Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, preferably within the POS or Cooling Appliances products sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in x-functional teams.
  • Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • SAP MM/S4 knowledge is mandatory.
  • Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • SAP Ariba (SLM, CLM, and Sourcing Module) knowledge is preferred.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €53,333 per year, which is above the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
