About the Role- \
- You will act as a translator between business and IT in Data Integration/Reporting projects, collecting and analyzing requirements from Operations teams and transforming them into system-based concepts.\
- You will define project plans in close alignment with business stakeholders and IT, follow up on milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.\
- You will prepare documentation of business requirements for IT implementation and end-user documentation for finalized reports/dashboards, conduct testing, and quality assurance.\
- You will provide training on new reports and tools to end-users located worldwide.\
- You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating/managing cross-functional data-related projects in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Operations management or Controlling.\
- You should have knowledge in reporting and dashboarding applications - ideally SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud.\
- A strong command of English is required, with working knowledge of German being a plus but not essential.\
- You must hold at least a bachelor's degree with a strong focus on logistics, operations management, or supply chain management (or related areas).\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint is necessary, as well as data analytics expertise and strong ability to understand data elements, sources, and relationships.\
- You must be able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, possess high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.\
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\
- This role offers the opportunity to travel up to 10% of the time.

Salary EstimateWe estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
