Optimize Price and Promotion Strategies
A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revenue Management Specialist to join our team in Elsbeteln, Austria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in propelling our organization's international growth by influencing strategic decisions and driving revenue optimization across markets.

About the Role:
This position offers a unique blend of commercial acumen, analytical skills, and technical expertise. As a Revenue Management Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing price and promotion strategies, managing trade terms, and providing pricing recommendations to boost profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with business goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the markets in identifying and implementing trade term optimization aligned with global guidelines
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance function to shape trade terms framework and identify best practices to share globally
• Analyze market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to uncover untapped revenue opportunities in dedicated markets
• Develop and implement promotional reviews, ensuring strong promotional effectiveness analysis and deriving recommendations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• 3+ years of FMCG/consumer goods experience in Revenue Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Insights
• Proven experience working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations
• IT affinity to drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management affinity with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results

We offer a competitive salary of €2,229 gross per month, above the minimum salary according to the collective agreement. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
