Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Insights Specialist to join our International On Premise Sales Team based in Salzburg. As a key member of our team, you will manage and support data analytics and reporting projects, generating actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in our local markets. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in both HQ and markets to ensure smooth project rollouts and act as the primary point of contact for support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting use cases by creating global reporting solutions to help local field teams work efficiently in their markets.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and integrating these needs into existing and new reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes by assessing various tools and workflows.
- Drive and support the rollout of data analytics projects, leading global initiatives from data preparation to implementation and providing comprehensive support throughout the process.
- Communicate recommendations effectively and collaborate with HQ On Premise and Data Science teams to identify emerging business needs and develop suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with global, market, and cross-departmental teams to ensure efficient project workflows and build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage.
- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment (ideally in the field of Business or IT).
- Proven project management skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail, and structured approach.
- Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience with data analysis tools, BI tools, and other statistical software or coding languages is an advantage.
