Overview

The Global On-Premise Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding our distribution footprint within the hospitality and entertainment sectors worldwide. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per annum

This figure is based on market-oriented salaries and reflects the industry standard for a senior role of this nature.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global strategies for expanding our distribution footprint within the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including global, regional, and national partners.
  • Manage and monitor customer P&Ls, ensuring consistent investment strategies across international markets.
  • Support the annual business planning process and drive successful implementation of joint business plans with top key account partners.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for growth through impactful joint business plans and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
  • Excellent command of English, other languages advantageous but not required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and entertainment industry is essential.
  • +3 years of experience in key account or global F&B management, preferably at leading image hospitality and entertainment groups with a proven track record working with global F&B brands.
  • Analytical background and ability to analyze complex trends and data.
  • Project management and budgetary control skills are essential.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and high-level negotiation with global and regional key accounts.
  • Ability to develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies.
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex business issues into practical terms.
