Global On Premise Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Global On Premise Sales Lead to join our team in Elsbethen, Austria. As a key member of our Global On Premise Key Account team, you will be responsible for leading impactful partnerships with top global employers and driving employee satisfaction by bringing Red Bull's energy to workplaces worldwide.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer development, and human resources, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the On Premise industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms, and have a passion for establishing new business partnerships.
Responsibilities- Developing global strategies and tools to drive value through Red Bull product availability and activation.
- Engaging with stakeholders to build long-term partnerships for Red Bull's availability and activation.
- Managing relationships with key global employers, advocating for their needs, and demonstrating the value of the At Work Occasion in the Global On-Premise Business.
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
- Excellent command of English; other languages advantageous but not required.
- An in-depth knowledge of Excel is required.
- Advanced presentation skills to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets.
- A resilient sales mindset and strategic thinking to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies scalable at the global level.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a minimum salary of EUR 2,717 gross per month, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
