Marketing Strategy for On Premise Environment

Red Bull's On Premise Marketing team is seeking a motivated professional to lead the marketing strategy within this unique environment. The goal is to position Red Bull as the #1 brand for consumers and trade by increasing visible distribution, building relevance, and increasing usage across the On Premise.

This role requires a holistic overview of consumer trends and innovation, as well as collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing/Gastronomy, good planning and project management skills, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Key responsibilities will include developing POS communication strategies, managing digital activations, and providing customer-specific content support to sub-departments such as Key Account Marketing. The role also involves overseeing the documentation process and defining best practices for global use.

Key Qualifications
  • Marketing, Communications, or related field degree or recent graduation
  • Fluent English, German a plus
  • Previous work experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing/Gastronomy
  • Good planning and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Profound knowledge of IOS and MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign or similar
