International On Premise Business Insights Strategist

The On Premise environment, where magic moments unfold and the unexpected takes over, is a key focus area for Red Bull. To strengthen our leading role in this industry, we are seeking a Business Insights Specialist to join our International On Premise Sales Team in Salzburg.
This role involves managing data analytics and reporting projects, generating actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in local markets, and collaborating with stakeholders in HQ and markets to ensure project success.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an expert to develop and enhance dashboards and reporting use cases, creating global reporting solutions that support local field teams in their markets.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and integrate these needs into both existing and new reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes by assessing various tools and workflows.
In addition, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the rollout of data analytics projects, leading initiatives from data preparation to implementation, and effectively communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage.
- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment, ideally in the field of Business or IT.
- Proven project management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is €45,000-€60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our compensation package includes benefits and a competitive salary above the minimum collective agreement requirement.
