To reinforce Red Bull's leading position in this industry, we seek a Business Insights Specialist to join our International On Premise Sales Team based in Salzburg.

This role will involve managing and supporting data analytics and reporting projects, generating actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in local markets. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders at HQ and markets to ensure seamless project execution and serve as the primary point of contact for support.

As a member of the On Premise Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and enhancing our existing reporting landscape by leveraging cutting-edge data visualization and BI tools.

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional to develop and refine global reporting solutions, facilitating efficient work processes for local field teams across various markets. Key responsibilities include creating and improving dashboards, gathering requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and integrating these needs into both existing and new reporting tools.

You will identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes by assessing diverse tools and workflows, thereby optimizing overall performance.

In addition, you will lead global analytics initiatives from data preparation to implementation, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the process. Your expertise will enable you to extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions in multiple markets and effectively communicate recommendations.

A collaborative approach is essential, requiring close interaction with HQ On Premise and Data Science teams to identify emerging business needs and develop suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine global reporting solutions to enhance efficiency in local market operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and integrate needs into existing and new reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes through assessment of diverse tools and workflows
  • Lead global analytics initiatives from data preparation to implementation, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the process
  • Extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions in multiple markets and effectively communicate recommendations

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Excellent English skills, German proficiency is an advantage
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience within the FMCG sector, ideally in Business or IT roles
  • Proven project management skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to transform ideas into practical solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, process-driven, and structured
  • Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skills to present findings clearly and persuasively
  • Learner, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with data analysis tools, BI tools, and statistical software or coding languages is advantageous

Additional Information

Given legal obligations, we must disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,229 gross per month. Our attractive compensation package is, however, based on market-oriented salaries and significantly exceeds the stated minimum salary.
