International Business Insights and Analytics Specialist

We are a leading company in the beverage industry, with a strong presence in the global market. Our Red Bull On Premise team is responsible for driving business growth and insights across various markets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our international team to develop and enhance our data analytics capabilities, creating actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in local markets.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting data analytics projects, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in HQ and markets to ensure smooth project rollouts and act as the point of contact for support.
Your role will involve driving exploratory data analysis, enhancing our existing reporting landscape using state-of-the-art data visualization and BI tools.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting use cases to help local field teams work more efficiently in their markets
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and integrating these needs into both existing and new reporting tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes by assessing various tools and workflows
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment (ideally in the field of Business or IT)
- Proven project management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude, who can transform ideas into practical and workable solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured
- Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills to present findings in a clear and compelling manner
- Learner, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated €25,000 - €35,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
