AI Project Lead for Music Technology

We are seeking a skilled AI Project Lead to join our team at Red Bull and drive innovation in music technology. As a key member of our Pattern Recognition team, you will lead efforts in data management, testing, and continuous improvement of our audio recognition systems.

About the RoleCompany Overview: MyGroove App is an innovative startup designed to revolutionize the way people experience learning and playing an instrument.
Salary: The estimated monthly salary for this position is €2,229 gross (minimum salary according to the collective agreement) with a market-oriented compensation package significantly above this amount.
Key Responsibilities- Lead improvements and design of audio recognition and pattern matching systems.
- Oversee selection, annotation, and quality control of training and test data.
- Coordinate testing workflows, identify bugs, and ensure model reliability across instruments.
- Manage communications and tasks with internal teams and external partners, including translation providers.
- Develop user-centric features and optimize scoring and feedback to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Proven experience in project management, especially in tech or AI-driven projects.
- Strong skills in data management, annotation processes, and quality control.
- Proficiency in testing workflows, QA, and bug identification.
- Solid understanding of music and audio analysis, including MIDI data and sound pattern recognition.
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing models.
- Creative problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
