Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge mobile application that revolutionizes learning and playing musical instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data management, testing, and continuous improvement of our pattern recognition systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive software development and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee the selection, annotation, and quality control of training and test data to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance.
  • Design and implement user-centric features to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate project progress and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in tech or AI-driven projects.
  • Strong skills in data management, annotation processes, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in testing workflows, QA, and bug identification.
  • Solid understanding of music and audio analysis, including MIDI data and sound pattern recognition.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing models.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
