We are seeking an exceptional AI Music Pattern Recognition Project Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge music technology at Red Bull. In this role, you will lead improvements and design audio recognition and pattern matching systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee selection, annotation, and quality control of training and test data for our AI models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize scoring and feedback to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions to drive model reliability across instruments.

This position requires a strong background in machine learning, project management, and collaboration. You will be working closely with talented individuals to push the boundaries of AI music technology and revolutionize the way people experience music.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of music and audio analysis, including MIDI data and sound pattern recognition. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
  • Have proven experience in project management, especially in tech or AI-driven projects.
  • Be proficient in testing workflows, QA, and bug identification.
