Digital Community Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Lead to join our team at BRUNA Jewellery GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong online community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals.

As a Digital Community Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a social media strategy that drives engagement and growth;
• Creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience;
• Maintaining and improving our social media presence across multiple platforms;
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to inform future strategies;

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about building a strong online community and has a keen eye for creative content. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a lead role;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social;

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
