Job Title: Social Media Brand AdvocateEstimated Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the RoleWe're seeking a highly driven and proactive individual to manage our social media channels, strengthen community engagement, and drive brand awareness. As a Social Media Brand Advocate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies, collaborating with teams to create engaging experiences, and tracking key performance indicators to inform future marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media content calendars that align with business objectives and engage our target audience
- Social Media Management: Manage daily content, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
- Community Building & Brand Advocacy: Grow our online community through events, collaborations, and meaningful connections with customers and partners
- Create and oversee in-house content from feed curation to TikTok and Instagram reels, and collaborate with teams for shoots, events, and pop-ups
- Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media features, engagement techniques, and trends to continuously improve content and reach our target audience
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Content Creation, or related field
- 3+ years of work experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in graphic design programs, content creation tools, and project management software
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
