**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bancassurance Partnership Manager to join our team at UNIQA Insurance Group AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with banks and leasing companies, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our bancassurance strategy.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking and/or insurance business, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the bancassurance market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with banks and leasing companies
  • Managing existing relationships with bank partners to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual business goals
  • Acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution
  • Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years solid professional experience in a similar role in retail insurance and/or banking
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Persuasive and clear presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective task breakdown, division, and accomplishment
