The Business

This established advisory firm based on the Northern Beaches has recently moved into brand new, super conveniently located offices in Brookvale. They specialize in tailored and holistic financial advice across Wealth creation and retirement planning, Investment portfolio management, Estate planning, Cashflow planning, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. Predominantly servicing a HNW client base, the practice is keen to take on a client-centric professional who genuinely enjoys delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Opportunity

The opening here is for an experienced Client Service professional to join a small but highly qualified team. The role has been created to accommodate both growth and a pending maternity leave vacancy. This is a varied and busy role and we would want to see you become an integral part of the business. A great opportunity for those who wish to focus on the client service/relationship management path. However, it is also good if you want to follow the advice path too.

The Role

  • Provide seamless support to the clients and assist with the implementation of advice from an established base of Review Clients.
  • Answer general enquiries from clients as well as more targeted specific ones and commit to getting a resolution in a timely fashion.
  • Manage the relationship from end to end (in conjunction with the adviser) and work closely with the rest of the team to produce RoA's and implement necessary actions.
  • Maintain Xplan and update it with your clients' information and progress.
  • Provide exceptional service to all clients; your people skills should make them feel like they are in very capable hands.
  • This is a superb opportunity to take your skills to the next level and learn new technical strategies.
The Candidate

  • Have at least 2-3 years of client service experience within a financial planning firm.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
