Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success with our services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  2. Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our services.
  3. Client Support: Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  4. Account Management: Monitor client accounts to ensure they are receiving the necessary support and services, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Client Success Planning: Develop and implement client success plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  6. Outbound Campaigns: Plan and execute outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  7. Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve our services and client experience.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular reports on client status, satisfaction, and any issues to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the IT, Telco, Print or MSP industry.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services and solutions. Familiarity with MSP operations is a plus.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
