Client Success Manager*in & Word-Spezialist*in Ort: Wien (w/m/d)Art der Anstellung: VollzeitBeginn: ehestmöglich Momentan suchen wir eine*n Client Success Manager*in & Word-Template-Spezialist*in. Als zentrale Ansprechperson begleitest Du die Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten, erhebst Kundenanforderungen von der Analyse über das Lösungsdesign bis hin zur Realisierung. Idealerweise liebst Du es, Dich mit Datenstrukturen auseinanderzusetzen und kreative Lösungen für knifflige Probleme zu finden. Du begleitest unsere Kunden von Beginn an als Berater und Schnittstelle zu IT. Als Word-Template-Spezialist*in setzt du die Pitch-Präsentationen unsere Kunden in automatisierte Word-Vorlagen um und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Workflows und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Software-Lösung. Deine Aufgaben * Kundenbetreuung und Beratung: Proaktive Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der optimalen Nutzung unserer Softwarelösung, einschließlich individueller Bedarfsanalysen und Empfehlungen * Bestandskundenbetreuung: Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Softwareentwicklung begleitest und analysierst du aktuelle Kundenprozesse und unterstützt unsere Kunden in Supportanfragen. * Qualitätssicherung: Software-Testing und Dokumentation sind ebenfalls Teil deiner Aufgaben und die dazugehörige Dokumentation sowie das Aktualisieren von Handbüchern und Anleitungen * Onboarding und Schulung: Du moderierst regelmäßige Kundenworkshops, führst Schulungen durch und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden optimal auf unsere Softwarelösungen vorbereitet sind. * Kundenbindung und Partnerschaft: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, um Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken und langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen. * Erstellung von automatisierten Word-Templates: Du erstellst automatisierte Word-Vorlagen basierend auf den Pitch-Präsentationen unserer Kunden. Falls dieses Wissen (noch) nicht vorhanden ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, es im Rahmen der Tätigkeit zu erlernen. * Technische Zusammenarbeit: Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Tätigkeitsbereich. * Feedback: Du beobachtest aktuelle Markttrends und gibst proaktiv Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen. Dein Profil * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, HASCH) * Du hast Erfahrung mit IT-Anwendungen in einer vergleichbaren Position (Customer Success, Key Account Management oder Produktmanagement), idealerweise in einem SaaS-Unternehmen * Du besitzt idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Word-Templates. * Du liebst gute Tools und machst Dich schnell vertraut mit neuen Technologien. * Du bist ein super TeamPlayer und kannst selbständig arbeiten. * Du hast Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und eine hohe Lösungsorientierung. Weil wir deine Qualifikation und Erfahrung noch zu wenig kennen, können wir Dir noch kein konkretes Gehalt vorschlagen. Für diese Position bieten wir Dir jedenfalls ein Mindestjahresbruttogehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (40h/Woche) ab 45.000 EUR.
