About the Role:

Grassroots IT is growing and seeking a relationship and results-focused individual who shares our passion, drive, and energy to help grow their clients' businesses.

As our Client Success/ Account Manager, your time will be spent getting to know our customers and how we can best meet their needs, and working with our staff to ensure this is achieved. You will build trust with customers by improving their technology and workflows, always acting in their best interests. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in our customers to understand their businesses in intricate detail.

You MUST be self-motivated, have good time management skills, and a positive DOWN TO EARTH attitude to fit in with the existing team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical as you will have constant direct contact with business decision-makers across a wide range of industries. You must be excited by technology and believe that it can make a real difference to business operations and efficiencies.

Grassroots IT is looking for someone who is the right fit for the role and the TEAM - So, Full-time (38hrs) OR Part-time (30hrs) is available.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Don't apply if you're not confident and capable in this area
  • A passion for technology solutions and advancements is a MUST.
  • Natural drive, energy, and motivation to achieve positive outcomes will be CLEARLY EVIDENT.
  • Exceptional level of honesty and hardworking approach.
  • An aptitude to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to ensure new business opportunities are actively identified and a drive to work to targets.
  • An appreciation for organisation, structure, and consistency.
  • Excellent team and big picture focus.
  • A current valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
