About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team at GROHE. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our export and import activities are in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective trade compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on trade compliance matters, including export and import regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with trade regulations and laws.
  • Monitor and analyze trade compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on trade compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with trade regulations and laws.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on trade compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, export control, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of trade regulations and laws, including export control regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
