Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in Vienna as a specialist in foreign trade law, economic sanctions, and investment control law.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will advise national and international companies on a wide range of foreign trade law matters, including EU economic sanctions laws, EU export controls, and foreign investment control. You will work closely with colleagues from other offices, particularly our US offices in New York and Washington D.C.

Main Responsibilities
  • EU and UN economic sanctions
  • EU Export control issues
  • EU and Austrian Foreign Investment Control laws
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, possess excellent English and German skills, and be an entrepreneurial thinker and dedicated lawyer. Experience or education abroad, as well as previous knowledge in this area, are an asset but not a requirement.

According to §9 GlBG, there is no collective agreement or legal minimum salary. The intended minimum basis for the salary arrangement is an annual salary (gross, all-in, 14 instalments) in the amount of 54,000 EUR.
