About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Foreign Fund Servicing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across various areas, including securities and tax calculation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day activities related to foreign fund services and tax calculation, including on-the-job training to acquire necessary knowledge.
  • Actively shape the business by reviewing and improving processes.
  • Active communication with customers and market participants.
  • Dedication to learning and improving processes.
  • Play an integral role in driving and implementing projects.
  • Close cooperation with other departments, including Banking Services, Financial Institutions, and Erste Digital.

Your Background

  • Degree in law or economics with specialization in tax and/or experience from a similar function in the fund sector.
  • Advanced capital market knowledge.
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them.
  • Enjoy working with numbers, data, and IT systems.
  • Fluent in English and German.
