Treasury Servicing Solutions Specialist

Join Erste Group Bank AG, a leading banking group in Central and Eastern Europe, as a Treasury Servicing Solutions Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be part of the Group Treasury Services team, acting as a service center for Erste Group Bank AG, Erste Bank der Österreichischen Sparkassen AG, and other entities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data within the various E2E data process flows within the treasury solutions and interfaces to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Optimize processes in close cooperation with Front office/Trading, servicing/solutions colleagues, Erste IT experts, and colleagues within Austrian savings banks and CEE entities.
  • Act on exception handling and solve investigation cases with internal and external counterparts and customers.
  • Create and present reports, such as KPIs, STP rates, and capacities, to management.
  • Participate in projects/initiatives to comply with regulatory and market changes.
  • Monitor Regulatory Reporting Obligations.
  • Act as a single point of contact towards clients and counterparties in treasury business and banking authorities.
Your Background
  • You have initial relevant professional experience (1-2 years) and/or knowledge on security and treasury products.
  • You have just completed your studies or are about to graduate? We are also looking forward to your application.
  • Presentational skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI are welcome.
  • Python and SQL skills, as well as IT affinity in general, are required.
  • You like to work with data and don't get stressed out in high-pressure times related to urgent regulatory obligations requests.
  • Fluent in German and English (negotiation skills), CEE languages are welcome.
