About the Role

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Servicing Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Group Treasury Services department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously analyze data within various E2E data process flows to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Optimize processes in close collaboration with Front Office/Trading, Servicing/Solutions colleagues, IT experts, and colleagues from Austrian savings banks and CEE entities.
  • Act on exception handling and solve investigation cases with internal and external counterparts and customers.
  • Create and present reports on KPIs, STP rates, and capacities to management.
  • Participate in projects/initiatives to comply with regulatory and market changes.
  • Monitor Regulatory Reporting Obligations.
  • Act as a single point of contact for treasury business and banking authorities.

Requirements

  • Initial relevant professional experience (1-2 years) and/or knowledge on security and treasury products.
  • Strong commitment to permanent cross-functional trainings of Operations and IT skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (negotiation skills), CEE languages welcome.
