About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Back Office Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the valuation, verification, and booking preparation of a wide variety of financial instruments, including FX, interest, and commodity derivatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Valuation, verification, and booking preparation of financial instruments.
  • Documentation and settlement of inter-company loans and internal clearing accounts.
  • Daily bank account reconciliation.
  • Bank account management and KYC support.
  • Hedge accounting.
  • Contract management, including digital signing processes.
  • Contribution to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
  • Liquidity plan controlling for international Group companies.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • University degree or similar with specialization in Business Administration/Finance/Banking.
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the treasury back office of a large multinational corporation or a bank.
  • Profound knowledge of financial instruments.
  • IT affinity, ideally good knowledge of a treasury system landscape.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ideally German.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of working.
  • Proactive work attitude, results-oriented.
  • Appreciation of working with multicultural teams in an international multi-site production company.
