Job Title: Treasury Back OfficerAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Back Officer to join our team in Wienerberger België. As a key member of our treasury operations team, you will be responsible for the valuation, verification, and booking preparation of a wide variety of financial instruments, including FX, interest, and commodity derivatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Valuation and verification of financial instruments, including FX, interest, and commodity derivatives
  • Documentation and settlement of inter-company loans and internal clearing accounts
  • Daily bank account reconciliation
  • Bank account management and KYC support
  • Hedge accounting
  • Contract management, including digital signing processes
  • Contribution to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
  • Liquidity plan controlling for a number of international Group companies
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses
Requirements
  • University degree or similar with specialization in Business Administration/Finance/Banking
  • Ideally 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the treasury back office of a large multinational corporation or a bank
  • Profound knowledge of financial instruments
  • IT affinity, ideally good knowledge of a treasury system landscape
  • Strong communication skills in English and ideally German
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
  • Proactive work attitude, results-oriented
  • Appreciation of working with multicultural teams in an international multi-site production company
