The Programme's Structure

This one-year programme is designed to provide recent graduates with a fast-track management experience. You will undergo three assignments in various departments within Austria and other countries.

Salary Details

The annual salary for this role is €48,000. We also offer flexible working hours and 25 days of holiday per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• You must hold a master's degree from a top-ranked business school or university.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills are essential, as well as strong communication abilities.
• A strong entrepreneurial personality, curiosity, and willingness to contribute innovative ideas are highly valued.
• Prior experience in international work or studies is desirable.
• You should have a fluent command of business-level English and German. Knowledge of other languages spoken by our Group (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish) is advantageous.
