Join Our Team as a Field Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Expert to join our Global Product Management Team. As a key player in our Field Service Academy, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our field service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct modern and interactive seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions for internal Field Service colleagues and customers.
  • Develop comprehensive training sessions and corresponding materials, including schedules, agendas, and learning resources.
  • Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and trainings, and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with business function stakeholders to evolve and expand curricula, leveraging best practices and innovative learning methods.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of proven technical experience in the field of Field Service, ideally for Rotating Equipment.
  • Experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High motivation to help others develop their knowledge and skills.
  • A curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's or associate degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or a related field.
